Reservation Process
What happens after I make my reservation?
Once you make your reservation, our team becomes excited to host you! You will receive an email at the address you provided, prompting you to complete a digital check-in. It is crucial to complete this form at least one day before your arrival. After you submit the form, you will receive your check-in instructions via email the day before your arrival at 4 PM UK time. It’s that easy!
How do I pay for my reservation?
While we love being generous with our guests, we do require payment for your stay. You can pay using your debit or credit card during the final step of the booking process. Please note that you will be charged for your stay at the moment of booking, regardless of your cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation period, you will automatically receive a refund.
Check-In and Check-Out
How does check-in work?
Check-in is designed to be a smooth process. After you complete the check-in form, you will receive instructions via email one day before your arrival at 4 PM UK time.
Can I have an early check-in? And a late check-out?
We are always eager to assist, but we cannot confirm early check-in or late check-out until one day before your arrival, as it depends on our availability. Please contact us one day prior to your arrival or departure to check if this is possible.

How can I contact you?
You can reach us through various methods, excluding telepathy for now! Our contact options include WhatsApp, phone, and email.
I have a special request.
We welcome special requests from our guests. Please include your request in the 'Special requests' field of your check-in form or send us a message. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Invoices and Age Requirements
I will need an invoice.
If you booked directly with us, we can issue an invoice as soon as you check out. If you booked through a third party, it may take a bit longer. Please email us with your request and any details you need on the invoice, and we will forward it to you as soon as it is ready.
How old do I need to be to stay at your properties?
You must be at least 18 years old to stay at our properties. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by someone over 18. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Deposits and Identification
Do you take a deposit?
We do not require a deposit; however, if we notice any damage, breakage, or missing items, we will need you to cover the costs. This policy is in place to ensure fairness for all guests.
Why do you ask for my ID?
As our properties do not have a reception, we may not see you upon your arrival. We ask for your ID to verify your identity, similar to the process at any reception. Rest assured, we do not keep or utilize this data in any way.
Modifications and Cancellations
How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
If you booked directly with us and are within the cancellation or modification window, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. If you booked through a third party, such as Booking.com or Expedia, please reach out to their customer service for assistance.
Do you offer any discounts?
We provide better rates for longer stays; for example, if you stay for a week instead of five days, the nightly rate will be lower. In summary, the longer you stay, the more you save!
What kind of rates do you offer?
We offer two types of rates: Flexible (which can be cancelled up to a certain period before your arrival) and Non-Refundable (which can be cancelled but are not refundable under any circumstances).
Can I change the name on the booking? And the number of guests?
Yes, changing the name on the booking and the number of guests is possible. Please contact our team, and they will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you are within the cancellation window, you will receive a full refund. If you booked directly with us, please contact us for assistance. If you booked through a third party, please reach out to their customer service. If you are outside the cancellation period or your booking was non-refundable, you can still cancel, but we regret to inform you that a refund will not be issued.

Is there AC?
Sadly for us warm-blooded people, our flats aren't equipped with AC, but we can provide you with a Tower Fan to ease the very sporadic hot days here in the UK.
Are cleanings included in my stay?
Cleanings are available for an additional fee and can be booked at your convenience using the link provided in your access instructions.
